Beyond The Asana

A retreat style day with Carol Macartney

For those who have never had the opportunity to attend a retreat but are curious to discover what it might be like, and for those who simply love to devote more time to their practice and explore the deeper aspects of Yoga

Throughout the day we will explore  the practices of mediation, pranayama, kriyas, asana, sacred mantras and sound healing whilst enjoying the experience of coming together as a community.
